Please note these returns handling guidelines:

  2. Returns will only be credited back to the original tender type.
  3. No returns on final sale items.
  4. For refund and exchanges, please provide your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is collected, used and retained to ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid.
  5. Shipping charges may be applied to products which are shipped free of cost.
  6. Personalized items (engraved) are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
